Description
Balancing a dichotomous blend of Premier Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Ruinart Rosé brings out the best of Maison Ruinart’s signature chardonnay (45%) alongside red (12%) and white (43%) pinots noirs from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne.
Alongside a fruity, robust body evoking the florals of damask roses and the sweetness of red berries, guava, lychee, and pomegranates, this rosé delivers a surprising finish of grapefruit and peppermint.
Made with 20-30% reserve wines and drawing upon the harvests of 30-40 crus, this coral-toned Champagne is aged in the maison’s cellars for 2-3 years for a silky finish. Pairs well with intense, robustly flavored meats such as oily fishes, shellfish, duck, and charcuterie.
